Rooms to Go
The location committee is working on finding just the right spot for us but they need some further info. We need to know how many rooms each family needs and also would you rather have a 3 night or 4 night reunion? Keep in mind when choosing your rooms that cost will be based per room. Some rooms may only have one bed so you may have to be creative ( sleeping bags, air mattresses, etc.) in your sleeping arrangements. I am sure we will do our best to accomodate everyone.
1. Rooms?
2. How many nights?
Please answer as soon as possible since the committee really needs this info.

four nights, one room
One Room and Three Nights
four nights - one room
Hi all,
Two rooms, depends on when as far as the amount of time. If Nate is in college and that's possible if you all decide on August then we'll have to look at the dates. Our guys start school in August also. I know it's impossible to accomodate everyone. We will make every attempt to be there but the biggest determinant will be when. Thanks for all your hard work!
Brad , Glad to see you are participating. One room 3 or 4 nights. I can leave when I want to. This doesn't obligate me to anything . Does it?
1 room.
3 or 4 nights.
From Pam
Sam and I will need one room and we can do either 3 or 4 nights. I will put in Kim's order for her. They will need one room and 3 or 4 nights . Mike can't really say right now , but if you need an estimate to work with, they would need 2 rooms. Pam
From Jeannine
1 king bed with own bathroom.
3 or 4 nights.
1-2 rooms depending on room size. and 3-4 nights.
D-J and the girls
It will have to be pay per room all.
There are some rooms with ample bedding for six
One room,3 nights
It would be much easier for us if it is spanned over a weekend but we will do our best to come if it is not
My crew is accounted for. How about everyone else?
Jammie said one room four + days
Jenny Green says one room
four days
Bill says one room
four days
Thats 14 rooms reported on here so far
One room, 3 - 4 nights.
Do we have dates in mind? We have just learned about a potential mission opportunity in Ecuador around the same time. What are the dates we're looking at? The trip could be mid/late July.
Lorri might be able to room with our guys if Nate's in college and we have an extra bed in the second room.
Possibly July 25-28.
Cindy so you still want two rooms?
I guess I say 1 room if it can fit 6 and 3-4 nights.
